Your Penpals Club was founded in 1995 and always offered free penpal membership to everyone around the world whoever want to join. Those days the signup form a new members use to fillup which use to send us a email and we use to manually edit the html files to display their messages then back in 1998 the signup started to increse and we wrote a cgi script to make our life little easier and finally here we are, now we are using backend mysql database and various programing languages to make our and our visitors life little easy.
